Ingredients

  • 1 oz NEFT Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Aperol
  • .25 Apple liquor
  • 2 dashes lemon bitters

Directions


  1. Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice
  2. Top with Prosecco
  3. Garnish with peeled apple and mint
