NEFT Pomegranate Cape Cod

Sugar, spice, and everything nice - plus an egg white for an incredibly smooth and drinkable texture.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz NEFT Vodka
  • .75 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • .25 oz Luxardo Genadine
  • .25 oz Lime Juice
  • .25 oz Egg Whites
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

Directions


  1. Add egg whites and dry shake
  2. Then add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Strain into Coupe glass building the egg-white foam to a proud
  4. Garnish with Rosemary sprig and sing Luxardo cherry
